People who are not eligible for a peel include anyone who is currently pregnant or breastfeeding, active herpes simplex in the area to be treated, or has a wound/sunburn to the treatment area and any allergy to saliylates.
For optimum results, receive a ZO 3-Step Peel® every 3-4 weeks.
For maintenance treatment, 2-3 times per year.
Exfoliation generally begins 2-3 days after treatment and ends by day 5-7.
